Joyce was great! Very patient with beginners and very helpful!

Our 2 children 9 & 11 had an amazing morning with Marlene Campbell doing oil painting. They learned new colours, mixing, brush strokes, shading etc. Their finished paintings are lovely & the kids are certainly smitten and wanting their oil kit asap! It was a definite good experience for young non painters! Thank you and looking forward to next time!

I very much enjoyed the class. Joyce made me feel very comfortable asking questions and I enjoyed the guidance she gave me. I appreciated having the proper supplies and brushes available to use. I would definitely take a class again!

This class was a perfect pace for beginners. The handout with step by step instructions was great. I’m feeling very confident to try another piece on my own now.

Overall, I enjoyed my day. I think 5 is a good size, for this group. I am not sure, if you wanted more participants, which would not have worked, because I think you would have been too rushed. I appreciated your feedback and suggestions. I think I will stick with acrylics. Thank you for a fun day.

Fun, relaxing — a really good pace with great instruction that allowed everyone to find their own creative niche.

Enjoyable, comfortable setting
Good supplies, pizza boxes to carry paintings would be helpful
Paint along instructions and especially colour mixing very helpful
List of colour palette helpful
Clean up station with wipes etc helpful

A fun way to spend a few hours trying to be creative!! Great view & great teachers
